Day 215 - I need more weekend
Today was good. I spent some time reading. A smidge of time outside in the sun. And some time in the kitchen.
I've prepped black bean burgers for lunch this week and overnight oats for breakfast. So we'll see tomorrow how those turn out.
Today I made oatmeal for me and the hubster for breakfast.
I topped mine with bananas and goji berries.
Then I had a smidge of chai tea because I was so full.
In my chicken mug for fun.
Midday I did two yoga sessions, which catches me up to match the date and the challenge day again.
I had a very large lunch compared to my previous normal. And I started it with a full tomatoe sliced with fresh black pepper.
Then I prepped the bean burgers as they have to sit in the freezer for a while before cooking.
Finally it was lunchtime, leftover black beans with guac and leftover veggies (broccoli and asparagus) from last nights dinner.
After lunch it was relaxing time on the couch with the hubby.
Dinnertime came around and I cooked the burgers and made eggs for the pups.
For my 'dinner' I had brazil nuts, bell peppers, carrots (which my dogs tried to steal), and a snack chedder cheese.
Now it's time to turn in early. I'm tired and it never hurts to try and get a jump on sleep before heading into the work week.
I'll just have to remember this is the last full week before my vacation.
