Day Fifty-Nine
Today I'm tired. I did a 10 hour day at work.
It was productive but just exhausting. And I'm still struggling to get up in the mornings since it's still dark out now.
I'm trying to remind myself to stay in the moment and the steps I'm taking on this journey are for me.
It's tough to remember when work drains so much out of me. Then I don't want to excerise or meal prep, I just want something fast and easy and to sleep.
Food for the day
-Blueberries and Chai tea
- chickfila wrap and mini cucumbers
- Grapes and 2 milano cookies
- Spanish pastry
Exercise
I walked more at work than normal so that helped my step count. And I did 15 minutes of wind down yoga before bed.
