Day Seventy-Two

Today was a hectic day back to work.

It did not help that I slept odd and woke up with shoulder and back pain. So I was slow moving to start with, went in and had quite a work load pending even though I really only took two days off... 


I was able to leave a smidge early, my brain power limit was reached and I wasn't going to be any more productive the rest of the day.


Food:

Breakfast was blueberries on my commute and chai tea (with turmeric and a cinnamon stick) when I got to work. 

Lunch was leftover chickpea pasta and asparagus, with carne meat from the cookout. Also a bunch of veggies (mini cucumbers, snap peas, carrots, broccoli) and red grapes.


Also had a bit of mixed nuts and guacamole. 


It was a bit of a mix - but good to get so many veggies and the mixed nuts dipped in guacamole was delish!

Dinner was some spanish bread that my hubby so kindly gets for me (but he does know of the upcoming diet change so I think he'll scale back). 


Luckily getting home earlier meant I can get some random items done around the house. I have prepped most of lunch for tomorrow, set up the dogs breakfast, unloaded/reloaded the dishwasher, moved some plants around, etc.
