Day Sixty-One

Time is flying by. There seems to always be more on the to do list than hours in the day.

Today was good. Work was fine - productive but not overwhelming. Food was all over the place as you'll see in my breakdown below. And once I wrap up writing this, I will be heading to do some yoga and then right to bed.

I need to look up how long until the sun starts rising earlier because no matter how well I sleep, doing night time yoga beforehand, or how many alarms - it is just a struggle to get up in the mornings and it is making me a bit late. 

Today I also had to spend extra time to feed the dogs because my Chewy order with their new bag of food came a day later than anticipated. 

I was able to get out of work early, which was great. But even with the extra time at home, I am still later than I wanted to start my yoga & get to bed. So I am typing this quickly!

Things are mildly cleaned up and sometimes we have the house actually cleaned but that's been on hold while the renovation is going on. Tomorrow we were going to have the house cleaned - but schedules changed and now the guys will be here working on the reno (which I can't complain about because I asked them to finish by mid-next week). So that will be on hold again. Maybe I can reschedule for next week before my days off. *fingers crossed


Food today:

  • blueberries on the commute
  • chai tea
  • greek yogurt
  • 4 burger king chicken nuggets
  • spanish pastry
  • 2 hershey kisses
  • motts fruit snacks
  • egg pizza (eggs/turkey pepperoni/mozzerella) 

Even though today was oddly snacky food-wise, I have had 88 ounces of water so that is much better than my liquid intake has been for the last week. 

Tomorrow will be different as I don't really have a lunch plan since I'll be going out after work and having "dinner" for a change. 

Now, I've got to get going if I am going to fit yoga in and get to bed semi-close to when I aim for.
