Day 159 - thorough Thursday
I am thoroughly tired.
Traffic was bad, day two of nonstop rain... So accidents everywhere.
Made it to work, training at another site. Then checked in on my site to find everyone was stuck in traffic so we didn't open on time.
Then it was pretty nonstop all day. We got a lot done and didn't feel like the day went particularly slow or fast, just went.
I did not get out early enough to make it to the vet for my girlys medicine so I'll have to go on my way to work in the morning to make sure I come home with it tomorrow.
And I did not bring lunch today so I ordered from a nearby place. I knew where it was and it was walkable but I think I underestimated the distance of my lunch time stroll. It wasn't the best weather either so maybe that was a big influence. On the bright side, I reached my step goal today and I'm sure it's because of that midday walk.
Breakfast was only my chai tea this morning.
Lunch was Potbelly's. Turkey and avocado on whole grain bread with cucumbers, chedder cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, and mayo.
It was yummy!
I did get chips (baked lays) and a Dr pepper. But I refrained from getting their mini chocolate chip cookies that are superb.
Mid afternoon I craved them but I ended up over calories anyways so good thing I didn't get them.
I thought I was doing fine for calorie level but I didn't actually log anything until now... And realized that with the chips and drink I was higher than planned. And when I came home, I had popcorn, snack cheese, and even a skinny cow ice cream sandwich!
But it's okay. I felt hungry when I got home so I ate.
I do need to get back on track, drinking more water, not eating late, and doing much more yoga... I just feel like I've lost some motivation but I want the same results, which is of course unrealistic.
I think it may just be stress but I hope to spend time this weekend figuring out how to get back on track.
