Day 191 - is it Thursday?
It feels like a Monday or Tuesday... My brain isn't wrapping around the idea of Friday eve today.
But I am grateful for it being Thursday. I started the day tired. I went a smidge past bedtime last night to make sure I didn't fall behind on my blogging! (oh the horror!) and it really wasn't much but I was very groggy this morning. I left later than usual. And then had to get gas so just a slow morning all around.
Made it to work not in the best mood from being tired and it just seeming like everyone is just complaining...
I had a productive morning though getting some tasks out of the way that has been piling up. So that felt good. Then lunchtime was a big help as expected.
My other suspicion for my tiredness was my lack of calorie consumption yesterday. With the late evening and extra water I wasn't hungry but I didn't even reach 900 calories for the day so likely not enough for my system to power through.
Lunch was the last of my version street corn.
With guac. And a side salad with cucumber cherry tomatoes and red pepper.
The street corn jalapeƱos, cayanne pepper, and spicy guac were enough to start clearing my sinuses a bit.
I also managed to up my water intake today again. I had 9 cups worth by the time I left work for the day.
I got home and had a prepped pasta dish since I had 6 lunches for 5 work days this week. So now I'll have just the one remaining for lunch tomorrow.
It was yummy though I think my microwave at work is stronger than my one at home, as it didnt end up as piping hot as I had planned.
So that's all the food in a nutshell! And I have reached closer to (yet still under) my daily 'limit'. Which I feel good about.
I watched a smidge of TV and then headed up for yoga time. 30 mins on the mat today and plenty of time for blogging and other wind down activities before bed.
