Day 192 - FriDay
Today had it's ups and downs. Started off on a positive note, then of course has some stressful moments at work (thankfully nothing too overwhelming), and the hubby was in a bad mood to start the evening but we ended on a good note. Finished the evening watching Rampage, which was a good movie.
He brought up watching a movie when I was about to turn the TV off, do yoga, and call it a night. So clearly that plan didn't happen. But it was fine, I still got my steps in today and took some time to do bedtime yoga before calling it a night. I didn't do the full session so I'll have to do two tomorrow to stay on track but that should be easily accomplished.
Today I weighed in and I'm down another pound. Which is very motivating since I just set new goal lines.
Also I managed to actually remember all my vitamins today and I've had at least 13 cups of water. So I'm feeling great with these healthy habits. Still finalizing the details of how to best keep them all up, but one step at a time.
Foods today... Tea of course.
Also a banana this morning to start with something in the belly.
Lunch was two beef steak tomatoes from the garden that finally ripened and mixed salad greens with a smidge of ranch and the last of the penne zucchini pasta dish, which I devoured so fast I didn't stop for a pic.
Dinner was chips and salsa with snack cheese
Finished the night with a small dark chocolate.
