Day 209 - 1 day or 3?
What a day!
Didn't sleep the best, woke up and had to call the vet first thing to get an appt. for one of the babies who somehow hurt his eye. Then had to call the irs on the way to work and stop for an errand on the way in to get treats for the team. Tried to fit in a days worth of work before lunch. Because after lunch my new team member started (yay!). And so the afternoon was spent training.
Worked late to get the rest of my work done that had to be wrapped up today as I am scheduled to be off site the next few days. Then headed home just to log on and knock out a few other things...
Hopefully all the work today will set me up to get lots done this week and the site set until my return at the end of the week. (fingers crossed).
Foods today...
Pumpkin banana oatmeal bake (with pecans and flax seed) for breakfast. And I ate before leaving as I knew I'd have to jump right in when I arrived to work.
Normal chai tea upon my arrival. I am slowly moving to swap out skim milk with unsweetened almond milk... So that's in process.
Lunch was leftovers from yesterday's lunch (chickpea pasta with black beans, chickpeas, jalapeños, and spicy marinara)
Dinner was late. Much later than I like to eat because of how late I got home...
Leftovers of the turmeric cauliflower and baby potatoe mixture.
Then finally it was yoga time. Back to the normal sessions! It was a big one so I'll wait to make up yesterday's class. Maybe on Saturday I'll have time and energy to do two (we'll see).
