Day 213 - Monday or Friday?
Because of my strange work week being mostly off site now that I was finally back in the office it was the most Monday like Friday I have ever experienced. From the moment I got in, it was nonstop movement then training then prepping then one thing after another. But all in all, a productive day getting back into the swing of things and getting the new team member that much closer to being able to dive right into her full role.
I had my pumpkin oat bake for breakfast with my tea once I got settled in the office so it was much later than usual.
Which meant lunch was also later than usual. I had the mushroom, cream cheese, pasta.
With a side salad and half a cup of the guac that I didn't use for the bean dinner last night.
Lunch was good but I feel like I ate a bit fast, so I'm going to try and work on that.
Afternoon snack of an apple. And then dinner was just some cheese snacks and a couple of crackers.
I spent the evening reading which was nice. And got to bed right on time. Oddly my watch died overnight and it has been behaving funny during the evening so hopefully this reset will get it back on track.
No yoga today so I'll need to double down tomorrow.
