Day 218 - why
What a day.
Stuff got done though I'm not sure exactly what at this point. Extra hours at work, more work once I got home, unexpected schedule changes that are going to throw off my plans for the rest of the week and make my new routine much more difficult.
I don't want to follow a rabbit hole of negativity so I'll do a quick recap and head to bed.
Chai tea to start
Overnight oatmeal once at work
Tomatoes pre lunch
Black bean burger and salad greens for lunch
And brazil nuts and a chedder cheese snack while those around me indulged in pizza.
Met all my watch fitness goals by 2 pm with a lot of work onsite walking activity.
Finished my evening with yoga.
