Day 220 - Thankful for Friday
Today started off just fine, going about the normal routine. I had the prepped over night oatmeal meant for yesterday this morning.
The office wanted to get team lunch so I didn't pack anything.
Unfortunately, they chose a BBQ spot which did not offer any vegetarian options despite what their websites claim.
So I shifted and ordered Panera (a few doors down). I had a baja bowl (rice/quinoa, black bean corn salsa, cherry tomatoes, and avocado). It was good. And provided a snack apple for the afternoon as well.
Then late-afternoon, I feel like I stalled. I am not sure if it was the food or just the whole week finally catching up with me. I was tired, unmotivated, and getting a headache. So I headed for home.
At home, I wrapped up the food for the day with some cheese, grapes, and a couple of brazil nuts.
Reached my step goal for the day but no yoga. Spent the evening on the couch watching a show about micro farming cause why not. And determined my headache seems to be from lack of sleep so heading to bed quite early for a Friday.
