Day 236 - low key

Today did not go as planned. But that's fine.

We were supposed to get chores done like groceries, laundry, clean up, etc. But it was a slow morning watching some nutrition/healthy soil documentaries. Then we were up for a late lunch and figured we'd jump start afterwards but then hubster wasn't feeling the best so back to the couch. I grabbed some previous fall magnolia magazines and kept him company. Back up and at em for dinner and then a burst of productivity getting things cleared off and cleaned up in the kitchen/dining area. Throwing the last laundry load from vaca in the machines. Then jumping into yoga. I was able to do 2 sessions today (making up for another missed one during my vacation).

So not as planned, but still a good day. 

Foods... 
Started with chai tea 
Then midmorning had another of the pastries hubby got for me (last one) 
Then lunch was a garden/canned goods mix. Fresh zucchini, bell pepper, and jalapeƱos with canned chickpeas and tomatoes and refried black beans. 
Topped off with a mix of spices like Cumin, ginger, paprika, garlic, etc. And a finish of nutritual yeast. 

Dinner was egg tacos to use the already made refried beans (it's been a while since I've had them) 
Corn tortilla topped with refried black beans, scrambled eggs, and salsa. 

Now it's off to hopefully fall asleep quickly given tomorrow is back to work day...
