Day 238 - ??

My day started with a jolt. My husband woke me up because I forgot to set alarms and if I didn't get moving I was going to be late.
That only set me back slightly. Then traffic did the rest and I was a solid 30 minutes late and a smidge agitated when I arrived at work. I am working on my patience while driving but people made it difficult today. 

I started with my chai tea (mostly on the commute) then had my overnight oatmeal with all the toppings.

Pre lunch was more greens from the garden 
And then lunch was again the zucchini veggie medley with a side of black beans. 

Work was a lot today. I was drained by the time I left. 

Dinner was a single snack cheese. And the hubby and I just chit chatted until it was time for me to do yoga and make more oatmeal for the next few days. 


I did make one step towards fall and changed my phone screens to more festive options...
