Day 244 - checkmark
Today was productive.
I got to work and jumped right in getting a lot done. My pace slowed in the afternoon but even my breaks were productive with little bouts of Spanish learning.
Got home, helped the hubby while keeping my leg lifted (swelling still hasn't gone down...). And then did 2 sessions of yoga! Which is helping me get back on track and hopefully not aggrevating my leg.
Foods today....
Chai tea
Overnight oatmeal with apples from the orchard instead of the usual banana.
Lunch was a brown rice, black bean, bell pepper taco bowl with avocado
And a side of garden veggies
I didn't really do the math earlier like I usually do when meal prepping so this ended up maxing out my calorie limit.
But... I have apple raisin bread at home from the farm so I can't let that go bad!
So I had some with apple butter for dinner.

Now I'm right on schedule to get to bed.
