Day 254 - dragging

I have definitely felt the lack of sleep today. I am exhausted, I feel scatter-brained. I had a long workday where I was paranoid I was making a ton of mistakes.

Then I got home, sat my tush on the couch, and basically scrolled instagram all night. Did nothing productive, did not do yoga - NADA.

Foods:
  • chai tea and overnight oatmeal for breakfast
  • lunch casserole like yesterday
  • afternoon snack of grapes instead of an apple
  • cheese and pretzels for dinner
