Day 280 - tired Tuesday
I am not sure how we ate only on the 2nd day of the week. Some aspects felt like Monday but the sheer exhaustion today feels like we've got to be near the end of this week.... But nope.
It was a full day at work. I accomplished a good amount.
I tried to accomplish a few things at home but that wasn't as productive as planned. I did manage to remember to make more oatmeal though and I did a session of yoga. So those are both wins in my book.
And now it's time for bed right on time and I definitely need the rest.
Foods...
Chai tea during the commute
Overnight oatmeal with banana, goji berries, pecans, and pumpkin seeds
Pre lunch snack of garden lettuce and carrots
Lunch from meal prepping last night of mashed sweet potatoes, asparagus, green beans, and black beans
Afternoon snack of grapes
Dinner was popcorn
