Day 308 - new tradition?

Today was a long day!

I started with a full day at work. I had a large tea to start the day and saved my oatmeal for about lunch time. Wrapped up with the hubby picking me up so we can meet my dad/stepmom & aunt/uncle for dinner. My dad came to town earlier than usual so we figured with our small group, it would be nice to get dinner together. What they did not know, was that we planned for it to be our treat as a thank you for them always hosting and handling family events. 

We went to Texas de Brazil (steakhouse). They have a great salad bar and sides but given how the cost breakdown works, I did have a little bit of steak as well. Everyone really had a good time and it was brought up repeatedly that this should be our new tradition and how when the rest of the family comes to town, they will be disappointed to have missed out.
