baby steps
Today I started with 2 yoga sessions in the morning. So that is 2 wins right off the bat - 1 for getting up early to do the yoga first and 2 for getting both sessions done to stay on track with wrapping up the month on time.
I have swapped back to normal sized chai teas to start the workday. I have found that I drink more water during the day when I only bring 16 ounces of tea with me instead of 28.
I did not make additional oatmeal so this morning started with a bagel with banana and peanut butter (and water).
Then I had cherry tomatoes and the pasta/bean leftover for lunch.
Mid-afternoon I had a fruit bowl.
For dinner, I had some cheese, grapes, brazil nuts, and crackers.
I definitely got all my water in for the day by dinner time so that is awesome as well.
Time to wrap up and head to bed!
