Today I am not feeling great.
I'm not sick, just feeling a bit worn out. 

I came in to work and immediately just had issue after issue and on top of other personal items going on, I just feel like I'm not staying on top of things. I don't have the time to recharge myself. 

No where feels like a good peaceful place, which is the most bothersome aspect.

And I'm not really sure what to focus on first. 
It just seems like life is happening and there's not much impact from me. 

And I'm trying to stay positive but then with less than great news from pretty much all sides, I don't know where to turn.

Foods today were leftovers from yesterday's lunch 

Plant based steak tips, green bell pepper, and rice. 

I had an afternoon snack of celery and peanut butter


Then dinner was plant based hamburger turned into taco meat with salsa on corn tortillas and a side of rice
