getting back on track
After last night's tummy incident, it renewed my commitment to whole foods only. I've been operating with the idea that every once and a while, the carne is fine, chorizo is fine, dessert is fine, etc. But it really is not worth it to not feel good afterwards.
Even when my tummy settled, I still didn't sleep well. And I think the biggest take away from having a better diet is how much it impacts my sleep.
So I will be very picky going forward choosing what is worth having on occasion - and dessert is definitely not on the list.
Today was fully back on track (except maybe the leftovers for lunch but I did my best).

I was not in the best mood all day. Most likely from lack of sleep and upset system - but work had some nonsensical issues as well that certainly did not help the issue.
