no need for an alarm
I slept horribly.
The room was hot, the pillows flat, the train went by in the middle of the night. I don't know all of the things that kept me from a nice rest but I did not get much sleep at all. I was up an hour before my alarm and just gave up on sleep at that point.
I decided to catch up on some yoga and did 2 sessions before getting ready for the day. Then we packed up and had breakfast in the hotel.
We finished our out of town business and headed back home around noon. So we stopped on the way to pick up lunch.... Olive Garden!
I had shrimp scampi and a salad for lunch.
And then bread-sticks and dr. pepper for pretty much the rest of the day.
Definitely not my healthiest day and not helped by the fact I was tired and trying to get more work done once we got home.
But it was tasty and did not upset my tummy so I am not complaining.
