roll over

Today, I put some extra energy in my jumbo chai. I slept much better being back at home in my own bed with my pup by my side. But I knew yesterday's lack of sleep was still likely to catch up with me.

I had overnight oats with apple and banana to start the day.


Then lunch was some leftovers I put together: rice with black beans, and plant based ground beef.


I made it fairly well through most of the day but did have to wrap a smidge early cause I was fading fast.
