Waco with hubby day 2

Today we started slower. We didn't have any particular plans other than perusing and shopping.

We went to magnolia press once we were ready to start the day. 

I switched it up with an iced chai this time. 

We relaxed there until we finished our beverages and then headed through the home section again just perusing. 

Then over to the main market where I headed straight for the sale section and found gold. 

I was able to get several awesome things all discounted!

Then we headed over to the small cottage shops, where the hubby and I both got some things. I think we got at least a little something from each place. 

We also stopped at Jimmy dons metal shop across the street and ordered the hubby a sign for his company. 

Then we stopped at an antique shop just down the street to peruse for fun. 

We went to the urban eatery which had a bunch of places inside to choose from for lunch. We picked a spanish place and I got a quesadilla. 

We drove around and saw some more of the town and then stopped back at the silos for a sweet tea refill and to sit and enjoy the sunshine some more. 

Then we went back to the house to unload and start packing.

We picked a spanish restaurant for dinner by the river. 

We got ceviche and tortas (his carne, mine veggie) with sweet potato fries. 

Then we did a last dash before closing through the little shops at the silos again for some items we didn't grab earlier and a couple gifts for his parents. 

Then it was truly back 'home' to pack and get to bed early as we need to get up very early to get back to the airport and back home tomorrow.
