half way

It's already starting to feel like a long week. And I'm trying to keep focus on all things positive but it seems like around me is complaining or being negative and it's so exhausting.

I had my tea to start the day like usual. The soy milk is working well as an alternative. 

I had another of my prepped meals for lunch and a fruit bowl in the afternoon. 
My girly is not pleased that I haven't spent a day home in a while... She's been trying to sneak into my car for work or howling when I leave. 
Mentally at work today I felt very off. I decided I need a day at home to reset as I still have even more plans this weekend so I was still days away from a break. So I'm taking tomorrow off.
