mental Monday
Today was very tough. I was not mentally doing well. Littlest of things set me off at work and I end up crying in my office. It's so frustrating to not be able to make changes how I'd like.
I got up and took a walk to try and feel better. So that was my exercise for the day.
I started food wise with the leftover banana, apple, oat bars and my chai tea.
I had my prepped meal for lunch
And then a fruit bowl in the afternoon.
When I got home, I was still hungry and fortunately my mother in law was making rice so I had a bowl for dinner.
I helped the hubby a bit and then read a little before calling it a night.
