surprise!

It's Fri-yay! 

And today I got a pleasant surprise in the morning that meant my day was going to be smoother and easier than anticipated. Which is very good given that I am tired! I was moving slow getting out of bed this morning. Did a low and slow yoga to start. 

I had a jumbo tea, and overnight oatmeal go start. 
Then pre lunch snack of avocado and tomato. 
And then the last day of the pre made lunch
And afternoon snack of apple and strawberries. 

I got home at a reasonable time and was able to wrap the day reading.
