ups and downs

Today started with my chai tea on my commute. Then jumping right into work.

Once I had a break, I had my oatmeal.
Then grapes for a mid morning snack. 

Prelunch was cucumbers and tomatoes. 
Then lunch was green beans and rice and mashed sweet potato with beans and asparagus. 

Afternoon fruit bowl again 
I need to get back on an exercise routine. The long days this weekend threw me off my schedule and then not feeling well means I haven't gotten back to it yet.

I got home to find my mother in law made beans. So I made bean taquitos
Then it was time to hit the mat. 
I did yoga, which felt great to be back to. And then spend the rest of the evening reading. 
I made some passion/hibiscus tea to wrap up the evenjnf as I read.
