start strong, finish prepared
Today started with yoga and ended with yoga. Today also started with my first morning journal session.
It's a Monday, so lots going on in the office to kick start the week and report back on how last week went. We had internet issues half the day which made getting things done quite frustrating. The biweekly call I have actually went quite well for a change.
Lunch started with salad:
Moved on to apple/cinnamon tea (my new go to after my morning chais)
Then taco pasta:
And finished with popcorn (only half of what is showing below) - the rest I packed up for some other time.
I snacked and then went right into prep mode. I needed to prep a casserole and a dessert for tomorrow's team thanksgiving event.
Other than rushing the cooling of my pumpkin blondies and it taking me past my bedtime... all went well. Oh and my timer deciding it wanted to randomly stop ticking while I was doing yoga during the baking time... So that caused anxiety during yoga (mind bending) and I logged right on to Amazon to find a new cute timer.
