Feeling on track
I'm liking my routine. Up early, do yoga, journal a bit, get ready, have a wheat bagel with peanut butter and banana at home before heading out with my double chai teas for work.
Salad & Soup for lunch
Today my watch decided to do an update, so I stayed put at my desk until it was done - gotta make sure I'm getting all the tracking credit!

Then today was lower body day again, which I completed, then felt like a rushed it. So I added a few other leg exercises to the list, and wrapped up my workout with a walk on the treadmill as a cool down.
