Focus on Keeping ME Healthy

It's Monday again, and we are short staffed again. And my co-worker seems to be on the path of getting sick... 

I jumped right into the day, usual double chai and then more tea at work. 

I started lunch with a salad:


Then had my soup (potato, chickpea, white bean, spinach, onion/carrot/celery). 


I did stay after work to use the gym for my Monday workout plan. Week 2 - finding the groove.

Once I got home, I had some tea and settled in.
