halfway through the week... feeling drained
Today started with overnight oatmeal - which I don't think I quite nailed the recipe on. It was definitely not as tasty as the last batch had been.
I got a new chair at work, which was good to switch it up and now it's a bit easier and more comfy to spend more time in my office - which is more productive, though not helpful for my step count.
Prelunch salad was chopped veggies and vegan mayo.
I spent lunch perusing the Nutrition Facts website.
I had my pasta for lunch and fruit as an afternoon snack.
To wrap up the day, I had carrot cake oat cookies. They are so good! I'll probably keep them as a usual rotation - especially since you can easily swap the carrots for zucchini and such.
At home, I did a bit of stretching (not organized yoga) as my husband was telling me about his day.
Then I relaxed on the couch with the doggos and watched some TV to unwind.
