It's a Monday. I'm back at work. Diving into all the things I missed being out Friday and over the weekend. I did take some time to try and check on my new months personal budget.
I started the day with a smoothie. Then had pre-lunch veggies
My prepped pasta lunch
And fruit in the afternoon
I am regretting that I did not make any muffins or granola this week to end the day with...
But I wrapped up the day back on the yoga mat for an evening beginner round.
